- Legal acceptance: timestamp of Terms of Service acceptance for audit and compliance purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and subscription.
- Deliver your license key and device activations.
- Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, subscription confirmation).
- Process payments and maintain billing records.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the service.

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to data brokers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes (e.g., financial records), in which case we retain the minimum necessary data for up to one year after account closure.
